Turns out it wasn't that, i finally found my 3 week old problem.

There is this...vacuum port on the intake manifold in between the dizzy and secondary vacuum. I accidently broke the plastic piece...

So i just finished doing the compression test (the back two were a bitch to get to) and they're all reading 135. So i'm guessing that all my valves and rings are good? Now...

Yea it really overheated. She was smoking up the whole garage and left a water trail down the street. The oil looks good as far as i can see. Its not hard to start but when it starts it...

Wow! Iv been looking for a color for months now to paint my 91 RS, and i think i just found it. Gunmetal gray looks amazing; I am punching my self for not thinking of it to begin with.
