Pulled them out of a totaled Porsche - they were free!

They have flat tracks which lend themselves well to fabbing into other cars.

Other than a few nick-nacky things the interior is complete. The car used to have gray interior believe it or not.

Seat backs painted, wired up and installed. Seats are out of a Porsche Boxster...

Used the old panels to make a "rough" patern - rough due to previous water damage and age. After rough cut I mounted to the doors to trim all the excess before upholstery...

Not really because the reversing switch prevents you from getting directly to the motor connector.

Take the hatch pull down assembly off and remove the motor from it - then remove the reversing...

That is exactly why GM went to the pull down latch - to keep folks from slamming the hatch and breaking the rear glass.

I did not want a carpeted center console so I decided to strip mine and recover with black vinyl.

I first removed the old gray carpet. Tip: Use a heat gun to loosen the glue - BIG help.
