Hey fellas I'm upgrading my engine to achieve high torque and high hp...I constantly here the T5 is too weak to hold that power I need a T56. But I have plenty of friends who have mustangs with 400...

With the cam u suggested in an earlier post do I still need to have the springs done on the vortec heads? Was gonna go with the beehive springs..guess the vortec heads stock have a restrictive lift...
