Sorry about the non-response, I been working way too much. I have Attached the Resistor and it clicked right over. What stumped me is that I driven the car for a day or two without a resistor...

I bypassed the Starter Relay and I got my car cranking over, but I am not getting Fuel to my injectors....Still a VATS issue? anyone?
