I am in Florida and only 36 ft above sealevel. At idle--MAP=58-60, KPA=32-36, CTS=108. The TPS shows 1.7 on the "dash" display and 31 on the raw data page.

I would buy the EZ out and give it a try---just go SLOW and easy and if the bolt doesn't turn, stop before it breaks. If the bolt isn't all corroded---it should come out clean. Also, soak it down...

There are difrerent size easy outs on the shelf for different size bolts. Choose one that is small enough to work with your application but also large enough to remove this bolt. Be CAREFUL that...

That looks like the drivers side in the picture #5 & #7 cylinder? The birdcage of grass below is a giveaway---always collects on the drivers side by the firewall..

Thanks Jason---I'm going to do a little more this weekend with all of these suggestions. I probably will download the software and hook up the laptop to see what the ECM is doing---no check engine...

Good idea:yup:---also have them pressure checked---your leak could be from a crack and not a head gasket---especially on aluminum heads..

Your car is trying to tell you something is wrong. The check engine light comes on when a problem exists...i.e the rough idle... and should throw a hard code. You need to pull the code with a scan...
