I'm not sure. today i put a derales tranns cooler in it, ran a hot wire to tc lock up wire. it stays hot all time unless i hit the brake. so thats workin rite. 13.9v. Idid notice that it didnt happen...

w/ a 525 lift cam your gonna need more intial timing, usually 16-20 intial is gonna be rite. and you want the mech to start moving rite off idle immedietly. but it needs to be all in 3000 rpm or so.

Also I would recommend a edlbrock rpm intake its good for street manners. you should consider upgrading your dist- setup too. a nite and day differnce w/ a new carb, intake and dist! just did this...

im using a msd probillet w/ no vac adv. i was using a hei vac adv. still had same prob.
comp cams said intial should be 16-19, im @ 19.total is 32-33deg. The plugs look good, I did sum fine tuning...
