yeah me and my brother n law about cried when we pulled the head off. All that trouble looking for parts and pricing all a waste of time now that the block is ruined

Well thanks for the help guys. Today was a sad day took the heads off the 307 and there it was the crack :(. Ran up #1 cylnder and across the deck down #3 cylinder. So that block is trash i guess...

I think im goin to stroke the 307 i think they said it comes out to a 330. I think it would be a neat little motor and how poeple can say they have a 330. I just got to figure out wat kind of crank...

Wow someone gets wat im saying. Like i said its not my car its my brother n laws and the motors are is dads the past away thats y he wants to use them its not a race car its goin to be a daily driver...

WOW can u guys not read my brother in law dont want a 350 or any other motor he wants the 305 or 307 thats it so stop tellin me to get a 350.I want advice on cams heads things like that from people...

i hear poeple say they put a RV cam in there motor. What is that ?
Heads are 882, would like some double humps but we was told they raise ur comprasion up and needs better gas (91) with fuel prices...

Picked up a edlebrock carb yesterday that was sent of to some guy that rebuild it and put his name where the edlebrock sticker used to be (cant think of it right of hand) and a good 350 block and set...

thanks for the help guys. I talked to my brother n law and he said screw it we dont have time to do all that so we're just goin to K.I.S.S. and put a carb on the motor.

if i just swap out the motor and computer would it work. He said the 84 tranny has been built up so its propably better than the new 92 tranny. The 92 has a chip in the key if i put the 92 computer...

well i might as well give it a try. Cause the 86 is all rusted out in the back half so its shot and the 92 is shot if i dont try. And thats nice to know the the k members just bolt right in cause...

my brother n law bought a wrecked 92 rs for the motor to put in his car. The only thing wrong with the car is the po hit a light pole with the front right conner and ripped off the a-arm and tweacked...

i noticed on the computer on the 84 that there is some wires that go over to the driver side of the car under the dash and didnt know if those wires would hook up the same to the 92 computer
