Headlights won't flip up but will go down..

On my 84 T/A, my headlights will not flip up when I turn the lights on but will flip down when turning them off.. The bulbs light up when on but just won't flip up.. No noise or anything but flip...

Amazingly beautiful car man.. Very clean, simple, and to the point.. Love it.. Wish I could get my 84 Trans Am T-Top to look half that nice!!

For the longest time I thought I had over 215k miles on my 84 Trans Am.. Now I know that's not the case and makes the $500 I paid for it THAT much more sweeter..
