I got my vortec heads at a junk yard for $85, then after $350 at the machine shop, milling, cleaning, checking for cracks, screw-in studs, and removing a bent valve and exhaust bolt, not a bad...

If your compression ratio is the same, heads weren't milled, pistons weren't changed, I would say your carb will add about 5 cam 25-35, headers 25, exhaust 10 6AL maybe 5, and roller rockers add on...

You could use a TV line from say an 84 HO 4 bbl camaro that came with a rochester carb and 700r4, but that may not work with your carb, I'm just not sure that all rochesters would have had the TV...

How long of lines did you run? how did you route them, are you using headers or stock setup and what engine? Im running a 350 with hedman 68460 headers so Im short on space in some areas.
