Glad to hear your fuel system is working. It kinda makes sense that you fixed it by replacing the 1/4" return line with some 6an size return line. Your Holley blue probably outflows my fuel pump...

You could test fuel pressure when it's cold and compare it to what the psi is when hot and running rough. It may reveal some vapor locking

You should try the Holley blue with the 803bp. Maybe it's a faulty regulator. That's very interesting you got it to work the way it is though. Have to remember that trick.

I would go after that vacuum leak first. Either fix it the right way or temporarily plug the line to see if it runs better. you may have multiple leaks throughout the vacuum system. I'd check it all...

The in-tank pump on this car is just a low output helper pump. Airtex is the only replacement pump that I could find. 3-5 psi and 20-35 gph are the specs on it. I dont think its enough gph for my...

What regulator did you have that said not to. The one I got is a mr.gasket part# 2015. Just found out Holley bought out mr.gasket but part#'s haven't changed yet.

It'll be alot of time and money and you wont gain anything. It'll be less power, worse fuel economy, and wont run as smooth. Not to mention devalue the car.

As you can see the rubber hose allows the check valve to rest at the bottom of the tank. There is a baffle in the tank that wont allow the check valve to come into contact with the elec pump and...

It's a misprint. Summit and Jegs both say 40 gph. Jegs gave me carters # and they say 40 gph also. Now I gotta find another pump to keep up with my needs.

Did a WOT wholeshot at buddies house and had him look to see if any black smoke came out of exhaust. He saw none. Has to be a lean condition right.
