Need help bad ECM or prom

I put a jet chip stage 2 in my 87 iroc with tpi called jet when got chip they said was right chip was wrong chip was for carb 305 need help bad ECM or prom idles at 1,500 have to wait for temp to hit...

I put a jet stage 2 chip in my prom ran bad after talking to jet they set a chip for a carb 305 I have a 305 tpi rpm is at 1,500 at idle and running rich replaced ECM put factory chip on prom runs...
