I know what area under the valve covers your talking about... The intake - head joint looked pretty good, plus I changed the valve cover gaskets. I'm gonna replace the distributor o-ring and see if...

But is there that much pressure around the distributor to leak that much? The o-ring seal looked okay around the distributor, but I'll certainly change it if you think that might be it.

It is pouring out of there like a fire hose! Loosing about a quart a week! Just letting it idle in my driveway, it probably dumped a pint.

I'll take some more pics tonight... There is a small barrel fitting that connects to the back of the intake manifold with a small tube leading up to the fuel manifold. I'm not sure what this part...

Yeah.. thanks. I decided that fluid mount was a bad idea... Got a cross-member on it's way... Got the one with the secondary rubber donuts to help dampen the vibes some I hope.

It's the rubber mount that keeps breaking. I welded the metal part of the vulcanized mount to a bracket I made to adapt it to the fluid mount style cross-member. I just found a cross-member on eBay...

Very helpful thread... I fabed up a bracket to use my old crossmember with the new rubber mount.. But I've broke two already... I might try this with a stock cross member to help... Either that or go...

I've got a 2.8L V6 camaro RS with a manual borg warner T5 trans. It came with a fluid filled mount that was broken, so I replaced it with a solid rubber mount after I fabed up a bracket for it... ...
