Okay, so I jumped the Blue wire and the fan turned on., the voltage on the brown and white wire is at 1.3 volts obviously not enough and the dr green wire to ground also shows 1.3volts. I am assuming...

It's still a bit strange that the relay was clicking so rapidly. I changed a number of parts on the car already like the coolant temp sensor on the passenger side of the block, fan relay, thermostat....

As for the capped T, it goes under the HVAC vacuum into the firewall/cabin,

Thanks for your help guys, I'll get some more pics up. I figured the carb was replaced considering the 5 speed iroc z's usually came with an LG4, not a L69.

Sorry for the late reply... Turns out the dimmer switch was done, I replaced it with a new one and it's working again :)

Understood the diagram, but I got some pics to show you guys what I mean. I fixed the EGR. i replaced the hose with a new one and reattached the sensor to the EGR valve.

Okay, but I don't have a tilt steering wheel and my blinker/high beam switch is somewhat loose and has play in it. There is a gap before my blinkers are actually activated and they do click as well....
