Weird idle problem

When I start the car for the first time in the morning, the idle drops to zero almost immediately.
Second attempt works just fine.. Also the idle is very rough when I stop for traffic lights etc.

Replacing the O2 sensor seems to have helped with the bucking but the engine still pretty much dies every time I stop for traffic lights.
Unless I put it in parking gear.

Yeah. I've experienced only 7 cylinders firing and it didn't feel this rough.

I'm currently replacing the O2 sensor as I can't think of anything else where to start.

Yup, that's where they are now.. all because I had no idea how to properly remove the clips. :doh:

Fishing them out is nearly impossible because there are only a few holes and they are smaller...

Apparently the fan switch is located in the cooler.
