Of curiosity how much would it cost to have new floor pans installed? This is my first project and I'm kind of lost...

I'm new to the forum and car restoration in general, I have my first car an 82 Z28 that I've neglected badly. The car has been off the road since 97 andnatured on concrete the undercoating is flaking...
