3.42 oem rear gears fs and 2030 crane cam

used 3.42 oem GM gears for 3 series carrier and i also got a used 2030 crane cam both parts are in great condition

ok i am having a problem with my car its only happen twice to me, so i know my rotors and brakes are good, when i go fast and in 4th gear then slow down my front end shakes and the tires feel like...

Had a feeling it was too good to be true but oh well ill just order the bearing spacer to make it fit, good thing I didn't buy the gears new, thanks guys u helped me from making a big mistake

yea i ended up going with 3.42 oem gm rear gears it has a 27spline and says it will fit any 2 series or 3 series diffy's so hopefully it works good thanks

Yeaa I have the 2030 powermax crane cam for a sbc and idk the exact spring part # or lifter part # to get the right ones, and yes there illegal in cali but that don't matter when u wanna go fast u...

it doesnt have a/c the prevouis owner never had it and i really didnt need it so i didnt put it on, but thats about it and its straight piped no cats thats the only two cons it has besides that...

yea am not trying to run a all raced out motor, just a lil tweak to hit the races up and also cause i rather swap in a ls2 then spend alot of money on a tpi that is hard to reach more then 400hp...

yea thats what i heard that 3.42s are big enough cuz 3.73"s u wont have no first i like my stock gears cuz even on take off my car has to many torque i want a smooth launch with alot of mid range and...

good luck on ur car i had my car since 16 and now am 19 and i got most of the interior restored and now amma tweak the engine and paint it, and and some z06 rims hopefully it comes out good, good luck

oh ok thanks i was told not to go with a LT cam cuz theres not much difference, i want my car to be a lil louder and also get a good gain of hp? but ill check out the crane cams thanks

my plan is to add a air intake, then port my plenium,runner,manifold,and throttle, am also thinking of adding a cam while am at it but it dont know which one to go with i want a mild cam or stage one...
