Aside from the expense of acquiring the flip around corvette assemblies, anybody got any thought or opinions on using this in place of the factory firebird flip up lights?

absolutely ingenious! I was beginning my search for using the entire flip assemble from a C4 Vette to mount dual beams like you used! major pat on the back for this direction!

Awesome detail on the install guys! One observation- would swapping the heater control position for the radio reduce the need for the heater duct mods? I haven't torn into my trans ams (plural)...
