I just contacted the guy and he/she confirmed that it's from 1984. seems like a weird typo to make.

I found an "82" Trans Am that looks suspiciously like an '84 15th Anniversary model.

Make a T/A look like a base model

:imo: the base model firebird or firebird formula look better than the T/A. I'm looking to buy a firebird but can pretty much only find T/A's. Would it be possible and practical to remove the "body...

Well I figured it would be a good learning experience and I wanted to keep it pretty cheap, function over form. We have wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers, mostly woodworking stuff.

Hey guys, I found a disassembled 88 Firebird that i wanted to rebuild and i want some :help:. My Dad doesn't want to let me do it because neither of us have any experience with cars, he's concerned...
