Changed fuel filter ran great for about 20 miles then ran bad again I'm running out of ideas thinking of selling my tpi and going carbed

Ok I've changed pressure regulator and also got bbk adjustable set fuel pressure at 47 psi drove to work and back around 30 miles having same issues re checked fuel pressure it is back down around 36...

It is a tune port changed fuel filter about 2 months ago I could try pressure regulator but it looks new

Ok here is my issue car is a 91 ta 305 auto I've replaced all the sensors under the hood replaced ecm whole distributer plugs wires and fuel pump the correct way by dropping the tank car runs good...
