the test you are doing can only used on an open...

the test you are doing can only used on an open rear end(non posi) by holding one tire it elimenates the noise from anything on that axle, if you have a posi you lift one wheel and leave the other on...

well if the backlash or pattern was off it would be really torn up, i ran a pattern on it,the loacation of the chips is what gets me i dont see how anything could hit it everything else looks...

Ok so after blowing up a nine bolt i bought this rear off a guy on the board,its an auburn posi with richmond 3-73s the pattern i ran on the gears looks good and seems to have decent backlash nothing...

you should intstall sfc on an alignment rack so that the suspension will be loaded and the car will be level in the air. If they do it other wise they dont know what there doing.

I do believe that none of the corvette t-56s will fit in our cars and the 98-02 tremac t-56 needs extensive modification, your best luck is to use what i am using the borg warner t-56 from 93-97 lt1...
