IN the warm weather my car has a cranking issue, usually 3-4 long cranks to get car running, once started, it will restart right back up till it sits for more than 6 hours

I purchased a wrap around spoiler, for my 88 GTA, from Show Car last year, I had no problems whatsoever, shipping was fast, install was easy and it fits great, I can take some pictures if you want

after its started, it restarts no problem, but once it sits for 5-6 hours the long cranking returns

I pulled the fuel pump relay with car running and it kept on running, so oil pressure switch is working

still hard to start cold, but once started it fires up no problem after, till it sits...

hmmmm I did this same test last year, so i replaced FPR with a ac delco, same problem, so I then got a adjustable one, same problem, pressure drops to 0 after key off instantly

When i go to start mine, I must crank 3,4 or more times to get it to start, but once it starts and i shut it off and turn it back on it starts...

Update

I followed your suggestions and got the car started with IAC unplugged, got idle around 500 -- how would I know for sure what idle is, I used the dash gauge, but know it is not accurate...

No, I did not drive after, i adjusted RPM back down and then drove it, the TPS was at .53

I will go through steps again, this time after plugging IAC if I have a high idle, maybe I need to let it...
