Yes egr valve for sure. Also I'm going to remove the charcoal canister and windshield wipers. Just have to did something to cover the hole where the wiper motor was. I'll pm you some pics when I get...

I wasn't clear. I meant run a hose from the inlet of heater core to the port on the intake manifold and another hose from the exit/ return to the water pump. Hot water from engine into heater core...

Not to hot. I've seen people run heater core hoses to the manifold and to the water pump. What's the consequences of that?

beef, where would you relocate the heater diverter valve too? can you do away with all together and constantly run coolant through the heater core?
