Thanks Mike. It's a combination, leaning more towards highway. Low rpm VE's are good, although WB at Idle is 13.8, - 14.8 I saw in a previous post of yours that you get 20+. I'm jealous.

Is DE deceleration enleanment or enrichment? When I take my foot off the gas the W.B. goes to low 12's for a few seconds before returning to normal. A datalog shows the commanded AFR stays at 14.7....

Thanks for the quick reply Mike. The spark retard/advance is set to zero, no joy there. I'm going to do an IAC idle reset and see where that goes. My WB is showing a rich idle, 13-13.5

I appreciate that, TPS can't be set above 100%. I have a wideband, but without knowing where you are starting from, it's a guess to get to where you want to be.

I found it (730 cold spark advance from guide book and FAQ) I had imported a new main SA table, and the 400,600, and 800 rpm @ 100 kpa was 6 degrees. Mine needs 25 deg in those cells.
