Alright here is the deal, I swapped my 2.8 to a 305 carb. Hei distributor, holley 600cfm 4 barrel, with performer intake. I got the 305 from a friend he had it rebuilt with a cam he forgot what kind...

Thanks. I did swap the tbi harnesse. Yes the 89 does have vats so did the 91 I got the ecm from. The harness is from a 88 camaro tbi without vats. Shouldn't matter tho should it?

Oh, more confusion then. If I turn it over for 2-3 seconds it'll nearly have the bowls filled with gas. I'm bout to swap it to carb and forget about all this computerized mess

I checked that already. It's got spark checked that too. I did some research and the fuel pump from the 2.8 multi port that was in it originally in the car is putting out too much gas for the tbi...

how to bypass vats

I have a 91 camaro annd the vats is actin up, drivin me insane. anybody know how i can get around it? bypass it somehow?

blown head or gasket. got a new bottom radiator hose on it and it started spewin water out of the top hose round the thermostat. never done that its new checked the oil...... full of waterrr

yeah my bottom radiator hose exploded Friday going up a mountain. Wasn't runnin hot yet cuz I'd only been drivin maybe 5mins. Damnest thing
