305 to 350 ECM question

I have a 88 iroc that had a 5.0 tpi stock and I put in an 5.7 tpi with a 488/488 cam.
What ECM and prom do I need.

FYI I am new to this and know nothing about ECMs and proms.

I got a obd reader and it is saying that the problem is the 'transmission gr sw'

Fuel is fine
it was not sitting for a while, I just got done with the engine swap.
it has a new oil pressure sending unit

I had it running great, drove it for 6 weeks then it started to stall out, and now wont fire at all. It turns over just fine but does not fire. It threw codes:
13 Oxygen sensor circuit, 32 EGR...
