Does this increase the the RPM range or does the fuel limit it? Seems like going from 450cfm to 500cfm would make the most difference at higher rpm right. Is the TBI useable to something like 5500...

T-5 handles 300ft/tq, AT will handle 400. An LO5, the TBI 350 stock is 210HP and 300ft/tq at the wheels. The L98 is 245HP and 350ft/tq.

I had a T-5 mated to a LO5 and didnt have any problems....

Ah ok, thanks! I thought I read somewhere here that the 93-97 rearend was a direct bolt in to the third gens, but if nothing different it should be all 3rd and 4th gens. Thanks again for the help!
