Funny how if I disconnect that wire the temp gauge inside the cluster stops working.

Far as I know my fan is controlled via the ECM which gets its temperature from the CTS sensor.

30 PSI should be enough to start the car. Maybe try changing over the relays as I think there are 2 the same ones next to each other. Maybe the fuel pump relay is toast.

Well at the moment 3-4psi is a lot for me when I am down already 6-8 from normal.

I'll get a hand held gauge to check it out. I would be shocked if the gauge is the problem.

Your best bet is to track wiring diagrams of those items that are not working and wire them the way they are supposed to be wired. Looks like someone did a hack job and now you have to deal with it....

I say take it out and clean it. It is probably gunked up and needs a good clean. The IAC just unscrews by hand, clean the pintle and put it back in. Then start again with the setting of min air.

So looks like the fault is at the pump.

However I would like to test the flow of the pump first before I start replacing parts left right and...
