Re: Does Anybody Make A Good 82-92 Camaro Car Cover?

I like the fit and quality of covercraft. The material is waterproof yet still breathable so moisture will not get trapped inside.

Re: What is the best wax?

There is no "best". It really depends on the effect you want-- like wet look, deep glossy finish, etc. Try some brands of wax and decide which one you like.

Re: What colour for calipers?

Re: Color Match Wax?

Colored wax will just mask scratches for a short period of time. The best solution is to use touch up paints for minor scratches.

Re: How to keep glass film free

Which brand of windshield did you get? If I'm not mistaken, the factory GM glass is made by Pilkington Glass.

Nice. Any other gain aside from improved sound. I like Magnaflow but Gmmg sounds a lot better.

Re: Want rims redone?

I would also powder coat them instead of using regular paint. More expensive yet will look a lot better.

Re: Suggestions on rim for 1990 firebird.

Another vote for GTA cross lace rims. The HRE classic series looks cools also but pricey.

Re: Polishing stock aluminum wheels...

Remember that rattle can clear coat might not adhere well to polished surface. I suggest that you clear powdercoat them instead.

I heard a lot of good reviews about the Sportsman S/T's. Just curious on how they perform when turning corners.

Re: best manifolds

Best is really subjective, but I can say that Edelbrock is a good option. I know a lot of guys who have this manifold on their cars.

Re: Need Tips for painting

You can also do all the prep and let a body shop do the painting. In this way, you can save some cash.

Re: simple rim paint question

Some paint shops can match the factor paint. If not, they can provide you touch up paint that comes close.

Re: RenewProtect - Trim, Tires, Rubber, Plastic, Vinyl, Leather, etc...

Nice. I might try it next time. I like using 303 products for the trims and other rubber pieces. It leaves a clean look finish and not a glossy one. It has UV protection to prevent the plastics from...

Re: Ridler 675

Nice. I just ordered my matte black 695's from http://4wheelonline.com/Ridler_Wheels.169954. I also like old school style rims so I decided to get the Ridler's and their price really fits my budget.

Re: Detailing tire lettering youself

Yes others used Sharpie but I would use a paint designed for tires like the Dupli-Color Hot Tires pen.
