I saw at least 2 youtube videos showing exactly how to do this. Last week I found some nice (still red) buttons on a car at the junk yard and installed them in my car. Looks good as new now.

Centers are black. Arm rests and floor mats changed to black. I also just put in a double din touch screen stereo and original steering wheel controls work with it.
