I solved the problem:

1. No upshift at WOT: Problem was, that the transmission oil filter was loose and just swam in the oil. After I reinstalled the filter, upsift was possible under WOT.

At normal driving it shifts firm and good. But at WOT there is NO upshift, at every gearchange, 1-2 2-3

Sorry, I am mistaken. The outer diameter of the catback is 3" (7.62 cm) but I think the stock intermiediate pipe is not 3"? It looks smaller...

Already checked the whole net for louvers. These are the Astra Hammond louvers. I don't like the side pieces of the aluminium ones. Why don't they make aluminium louvers with the style of the ABSs :(...
