according to that diagram i put the fuel pump relay in the MAF sensor relay thing :doh: it fit though it was furthest to the right and mounted to the firewall on drivers side

if you have a haynes or chiltons manual they should tell you the correct voltage you should be at and correct fuel pressure. Oh and start with those 2 things first, you should find your answer.
