Yeah what RBob said, jack up the car and bang on the cats and also the pipes from mid way to front and see if you hear a rattling sound. May also want to check the heat shields around spark...

Can you tell if it's coming from the front or the back of the car? I would say check your exhaust hangars from front to back of exhaust pipes to see if any are loose, missing or broken. Also try...
