When it comes to tuning the 'pilot folks' have it down. ROP vs LOP (rich of peak or Lean of peak) Load = throttle position

A tune of 16:1 at part throttle is cooler running than a tune of 14:1 or...

1. Limp mode 4L80E will be 2nd gear

2. No reverse

Both are trans issues. Don't see the reason for the ECU being the issue.

The 4L80E trans has a known issue of the internal wire harness...

The following link (see bottom of post) is a pic of the part in question 'Idle speed control actuator'. The pic is from my 1994 GM P-30 chassis RV (Southwind Storm) 454 TBI w/4L80E trans.
