Problem solved. Looks like I made a rookie mistake using the Fel-Pro rubber gaskets and too much torque. The increased blowby just helped push them out of their seat. No problems now with several...

The newer one has larger ports and more "meat", so you can port it to a larger runner; i.e. I could not port this manifold to the runners of the AFR 195 Eliminator heads I bought, not enough material...
