Loud fuel pump!

My fuel pump got really loud after about an hour of driving today. Is the fuel pump going bad? Its not even a year old, from what the previous owner had told me.

If you go to Autozone they rent you a system pressure tester that screws on to the top of your radiator. You get your money back when you return the tester.

A small air/vacuum leak coming from the egr passage on the runners. Its leaking where it meets the plenum. I think that is throwing all 3 codes. I just...

Some of the Iroc-z and Z28 didn't get the TPI. They had the TBI 305. Why could you get an Iroc 350 with T-tops, but the Formula 350 could not have T-tops. GM is stupid!!

You must be cutting a darn good 60" time, running NOS, and have a different cam at the very least. I just don't see any other way to make your "stock 305 TPI" run 13.4 in the quarter mile.

You could still run the 113 aluminum heads on the 350. If its a weekend warrior you might just want a built turbo 350 tranny. Cheaper to build. Higher gears would be good.

I have those headers on my car. You have to pull the AIR system out of the car. I am not sure if you have to keep something hooked up electrically so you don't throw a code. My headers were on my car...

I would assume its something to do with timing. Have you tried finding top dead center on #1 and adjusting the distributor as needed. Your getting spark and fuel, but maybe not at the right time?...

I have never had a problem with a low TPS setting causing a no start condition. Did you move the TPS to try and get a reading? The only other advice I have is that it sounds more like a timing issue...

A stock automatic shifter handle from a Trans Am. It was on my Iroc when I got it. I have since replaced it with the correct Iroc handle. The shifter handle is in good shape for only $15 shipped....

Remove the valve guts(valve stem remover) and just hook up the gauge without the fitting that pushes the valve down. Thats what I did with my old GN......removed the guts and hooked up a braided fuel...

I didn't think there was a problem getting T-tops with a 350? My buddy has a '87 Iroc 350 with T-tops, so I doubt Camaros are subject to what your talking about.

A 350 RS convertible? Did it have TPI or TBI? Never seen a RS with TPI or a 350 with TBI(in a F-body), so I also bet he had a 305 TBI convertible. Someone probably told him it was a 350.
