Be careful how far you lower it. The distributor is very close to the firewall. Doesn't take much to hit and damage it.

The hatch switch is probably tripped. When you put it back together did you notice the switch position? The hatch motor shaft has two small ears on it and that switch lever sits between those ears....

Mine is purely a street machine. I'll never race it. But that little T5 is stressed enough without the torque arm. I'll eventually swap it for a TKO. I suppose I don't need anything drag rated...

I'm referring to securing the leather boot to the bottom of the shift knob. It's sloppy and always falls down. Usually is a jam nut type of setup. I think i'll fabricate something.
