The more weight you take out of the front, the higher it's going to sit. I did the same thing with my car. I had to use 1.5 inch drop springs in just the front to get it back down.

That's exactly what is happening, and why I switched to an LS motor myself. Every speed shop deals with them, and can tune them. Not to mention the aftermarket for LS products is huge.

I don't think it's that people are cheap. It's the fact you can pick up Racing Innovations stainless 1 3/4 LT headers with 3 inch flange for 319 shipped. Do they fit as well as the hawks? Hell no....
