It is an 86 IROC...I think, but the rockers are crushed too. I think there was a 145 speedo there too, but the lense was all scratched.

it was a faded gold. The rims were gold too. If you wanted the headliner Id go before the weekend. Since I already pulled it down you literally only have to walk in, grab it, and go.

I used one from a junkyard. It's the O ring on the bottom of the tb for an mfi.

I went back and traced the VATS wires back to the ignition and there was a pretty good snag on it. I tried to fix it but it was too close to the cylinder so I bypassed VATS and viola! Thanks guys!!

The fuel pump was bad, I took it out hooked it up to a 12v power and nothing happened. I do not have a security light on. I will rent a noid light and see if the injectors are getting a pulse.

It wont start at all with no starter fluid. With it, it will start and die if I don't give it gas. I thought VATS disabled the starter and the injectors so I ruled that out.

I replaced all the plugs and reset the computer after my first attempt and thats when two of the codes went away. Now just code 46, but I know its not VATS and I doubt the power steering switch will...

I took mine apart due to a leak. I know it is not necessary, but I want to keep it. My question is, mine had an o ring in it but it was torn up....is it supposed to have a gasket or an o ring? does...

I think its a timing issue. It will run but only when I rev it. I also discovered the o ring in the throttle body is bad and it leaks coolant. Does anyone know the part number for it?

I know, but I can't figure it out and it is killing me. I think I'm going to take the upper off tomorrow and see if the injectors are clogged. I have nothing else...:(

Yes, I have a spark tester and all plugs have good spark. I sprayed some carb cleaner in the intake (it was all i had on hand) and nothing happened.

I moved the wires around and there is still good park so the wires are good. I even moved some of the spark plugs and checked the gaps...all good.

Even the connection in by the airbag was tied together and it did not even have electrical tape! Soldering gun and heat shrink already done, it was a b|tch under the dash too.

I got the wires cleaned up today. The only thing is with the extra ignition switch...shouldn't I just put that in the steering column and get rid of the one that is there now?
