Hit the pulley with a sand blaster loaded with crushed iron slag.
That will rough it up a little and should help it stick.

The oxygen sensor plugs into the gauge, the gauge needs an ignition on +12v source and a ground. All you have to do is figure out where to get the key switched 12v power and run the wires.

Need 17 inch wheels for Firebird with C5 brakes

I picked up a 1987 firebird that has had the C5 swap done on the front end. So it has to have 17 inch wheels. It has 17 inch wheels on there now but they are 9.5 inch wide "corvette replica wheels"....

Yes I was going to run a vacuum advance distributor.
No trans cooler in the radiator, got it.

That's what I did. Makes tuning a breeze.
A vacuum gauge and a wide band O2 and almost over night you are now a carb tuning master.
With a vac gauge and wide band gauge every little pop or stumble...

For the ignition timing info I can find seems pretty generalized.
For a 270 cam 10 to 12 base advance.
For this style of combustion chamber max of 34 to 37 degrees.
But this is an 11:1 compression...

I didn't think a C-clamp could apply enough force.
I have 2 or 3 fairly large 16 to 18 inch C-clamps.
But its in now thanks to the 100 ton hydraulic press at work.

I change them whenever I feel like it or when I find the boot missing. Which has turned out to be about once every 10 years.

Its getting SFCs just need to pick out the right design.

Its got T-tops and around some where between 180,000 and 200,000 miles.
I replaced the speedo with a 145mph unit a few years ago and don't remember exactly what the mileage was.

With an LG4, stock 1405 edelbrock 600, TH700 with no lockup and 3.08 gears I was getting over 20mpg on the highway as long as I kept it under 80.

Sounds like a pretty good case in favor of getting sub frame connectors.

All the cracks welded up real easy (no thin rusty metal).
Other smaller ones I would say were under the shifter bracket, didn't have to...
