Just reference for those with the same questions in the future. QD’s do come in the ACPro R-12 to R-134a retrofit fit, it just gets confusing quickly when you have a dozen different style adapters...

Thinking the N10 upgrade is about 245hp rated, Big Mouth and AS&M’s net around 20hp or so, Dyno Don’s got be at least 10 to 15.
Fresh Delco plugs and the Delphi injectors really make it respond....

Yeah Lethal, I was looking at pictures of my last two motors, and the injectors look like your picture... I think Turtle touched on it, they should be able to rotate freely, regardless of height....

Update:

Shimmed the fuel rail with 2 standard washers a piece on the fuel rail towers.. no clearance issues with the plenum, obscenely loud ticking symptom is gone, just your standard injector...

The injectors are OEM, I cannot emphasize enough that I’m not making this up. The injectors are bottomed out at the intake base bungs (more or less) and I know for a fact after 12 years of playing...

An exhaust leak would be pretty apparent if that were the case. From my own experience, the clicking under
load and acceleration is none other than your fuel injectors. It seems fairly pronounced...
