Yeah-that kits similar to one that I packaged together on my own. Pending what you use the car for, that would likely be one of your best bets. TCI sells a good convertor too-I think it was called...

I've had a couple 700's do the same thing-it's toast, will need to rebuild or replace.

I've got the 1205 on the old. Zz3 heads which I'm sure are same or smaller than zz4. I was able to get a good match with just a little Drexel work on the heads ... I bet it would work on zz4. Fwiw.

Up under the dash. Little white switch that is triggered by the brake pedal. Has a plunger on one side and two plugs that plug in to it. I got my replacement from Oreilly.

I'm dealing with a problem here too. I've got power at the light and if I hook,jumpers up,from a battery to the light it works, but it won't light from the plug. Checked grounds and confirmed it...

Making louvers functional

I've seen a few links on here about cutting the hood louvers--I'm planning on doing it while I'm doing some repairs... I am however worried about high pressure/low pressure and trying to move air...

The piece I got was the black strip and the letters all in one--just go to the dealer and see what they have--these are discontinued but parts departments everyhwere have these for sale...

I used a valve stem tool and removed the inner core of the schrader valve and then tapped into the schrader valve... worked good on two cars...

I used the same fitting for boost too...

Gettin there... I wish I would of gone electrical on the boost gauge for the reasons above.. peak and alarm... I have had no prob's to speak of w/mech though... f/p gauge is a gimme and worth it's...

That is rear wheel hp...gotta figure 20% loss for drivetrain or thereabouts... And it is only running about 6-7 actual lbs of boost w/all the mods..

Like I said... had a spike in torque at over 500... the baseline was about 420-440 across the board..

340 rwhp
507 rwtq (some convertor flash--looks like 440-450 across the board)

Both looked real flat and the car drives much...

you are pretty darn close.. I called ATI today... I am supposed to have a 3.70.. I ordered a 3.40 w/a shorter belt to up some boost :)

No markings that I can see on the pulley... I measured from outside edge to outside edge and it is "4.00... Is that the actual way to measure... I am looking at a 3.85 pulley to up some boost but...

I don't think there is a right/wrong way to install it.. Just hook the vacuum line up and go... KS91z28 directed me on my surge line and it worked perfect!

I vent mine to the atmosphere... I actually put a K#N filter on it to keep it quiet and plugged the part on the intake for the s/charger...Sounds like yours is like mine and most of them-not a...

No dyno tune yet.. plan to in the near future..

I have been running 12lb pulley for about 2 yrs now but it only pulls about 6 psi..

I recommend it!!

Understand part of that... It is actually leaking vacuum from the FMU--the hole in the adjuster screw has vacuum being pulled through at idle??

Procharger FMU question

Anybody else have vacuum coming thru your FMU? Where the screw is to adjust at idle mine is pulling vacuum??? Not sure if it has always done this or what?

I also noted that it doesn't idle down quickly (like when you just sit in neutral and rev it up it pulls down really slow?)
