I have the same rims, and unfortunately, the paint is easily damaged by cleaners.I just use dish soap and a soft bristle brush. Be careful though, because If you aren't the paint will fade.At least...

It does have pressure. When we bypassed the tank, we pumped out any bad gas in the fuel pump. Do you think the plugs could be shot?
