Step one.. Fuel pressure @ initial start, Primed, Idle, WOT if & when possible. That is a classic sign. the Brushes on the FP are Worn. getting intermittent contact.

Stock was about 170HP you now have slightly bigger valves....

you still have no clue. What they set the injectors for. and so- ON. The forged, Roller. Is a great Luxury. This will not add HP.. Balanced is mandatory.. You need to know your injectors Duty Cycle...

get a data log. To check your Current Duty Cycle. Internal material is meaningless. So TPI, Pistons must be dished OR you have larger CC heads. With only 10.5
24lbs injectors will cover a 350 LT1...

Above is a motor from a GM "delco" - FP. When the brush contacts are WORN = intermittent voltage, Thus weak Pump. Happy Friday!!!!! or the wet Magnets can- de-bond from the CAN = Locked up FP..

1st check your voltage @ the Pump harness connector.
are you sure your not leaking at the injectors- twisted O-ring
just because you replaced the Pump. Does not mean anything.

very interesting. My Stock 94 vette LT1 idles at 30-35 KPA. you must NOT have a vacuum leak or you would be LEAN. You installed CAM "ONLY"

That ECU will work. Just Fine. It is the same through 89- I would HIGHLY suggest finding a LOCAL tuner. Data logging. And live sessions. You could use the $6E bin. A few more modern options.

What brand Pump? Built in check ball??? New pumps can be defective! Been there done that.. If you do not have pressure from the 1st Prime. your Pump is bad or you do not have 12volts???

pull the DIZZY. Make or get a oil pump prime rod. Spin this high speed on a drill. If you believe the noise is from the pump? you will need another ear to listen close to the oil pan.

your 305 injector choice is to big. 19lbs is factory. And can easily handle your current set-up!! you should have re-tuned your ECU with a 350 calibration. you could bump up your static timing 1-2...
