MPH should be up with the siamesed base. I think your ET gains or losses will be dependent on shift recovery. The higher you spin the engine before shifting and the higher your RPMs are after...

Agree 100%. Exhaust is the most effective mod you can make on an otherwise stock car. Adding headers and catback increased MPH at the strip from 94 to 98 MPH on my car.

High 11s at sea level if you 1) raise compression to 10.5:1 or more, 2) put on 52 or 58 mm TB, and 3) nail the tuning and driving. Static compression of 9:1 with that cam is a big mismatch naturally...

I think you'll be a lot happier with the 2400 RPM versus 3000 RPM with a stock L98. Change the heads, cam, and intake and the 3000 RPM becomes the better choice.
