will this one work??? I know it says it will but i have herd there is 2 differnent steering boxes for the s10 and one of them wont work...

well i talked to the shop that put the motor togather they said when they were assembling the motor they checked all the clearences in the head and it was good to go so idk if im just lucky or what...

the heads are stock besides the the 3-angle and different springs. they also have guid plates if that makes a difference and some 1.5 roller rockes

im not worried about the emmisons. i can get the sticker from some people.
the heads have been completly rebult and resurfaced also has different valve springs for the bigger lift cam and have...

im just about done building my motor its a 355 with flat top pistions has the comp cams xe 284 cam .510 lift with 284/296 duration. vortec heads with a 3angle valve job and an edelbrock rpm airgap...

i have a stock 305 had 2.73's and in the 1/8th mile i ran a 10.6 put the 3.73's in and ran a 10.2 i was very happy with the change makes the car feel alot quicker

my motor is just a 350 that is new. the motor is has never been balanced so i dont know weather to use a exernal or internal balacer? sence its not a stroker should i go with internal??

but wouldent when you torqe the bolt the stud would screw farther into the block? or if you ever had to take the bolt off wouldent it take the stud out with it?

I hope ur car is really fast becase if its just a street car with a junky motor in it ur just wasting ur time and making ur car look trashy But if its fast and a race car more power to ya :chevy:

no if i were you i would try and hold out for a 350 but if you really need a motor just to drive every day then go for it doesnt seem to bad of a deal :thumbsup:
