i just got a new third gen. sold the old 84 and upgraded to 86 z28 with a lil worked motor. not on the road yet but will be soon.

i have an 86 z28 the previous owner swapped the motor to a corvette 350 bored .30 over the heater core is still in the car however none of the hose's are connected where on the block do the lines...

ok my water pump just went on me i replaced it 7 hours later reaplace all the coolant waited for the radiotor to drop the coolant level in the radiator yet if i let the car sit in park or even stoped...

ok let me start from the begining before i even put the car on the road my linkage for my shifter was messed up... but if i jamed it in 2 park it would stay and shift so i didnt think much of it.....

well i think i blew a ead gastket in my 84 camaro and from another couple hundred i can get it rebuilt but anyway i was thinking about replaceing the tranny with a tip tronic is this even possible...

well i think i figured out the prob it wasnt a ground or a faulty gauge it was the my engine idel was too low thats why it wasnt chargin while sitting at a stop light i just changed it and took it...
