Best 700r4 builder?

I've called and talked to bow tie,looked at raptor, pro built etc.



Who have you used and it lasted? It's going in a third gen camaro. Has a 96 vortec 350 in it with cam, stealth ram intake....

I believe that's what it meant. I'll probably order a stealth ram then to save me any gasket or port lining up issues and all the hassle of extra drilling

I'll sell all my vortec stuff but no one...

I read something that said it was drilled for both maybe I miss understood and it just means earlier and later style sbc heads? Not vortec ports?

Are the ports gonna Line up correctly with the stealth Ram since its drilled for both I don't know if the ports are old style or vortec? Or am I reading this wrong

Thanks for the info I'm worried they shrunk the combustion chamber so small they aren't worth using anymore..

Maybe just bolting a stealth ram on would solve my problems lol. Looks like that's about $650 for the intake and fuel rails. Don't think I need anything else? Might just have to go that way..

I just got off TPIS's site and said its not made anymore. I'll try and find the edelbrock one I guess? If you know what's it's called lmk and I'll try and find it. Idk if they just label it as base...

I believe I have the vortec base because my heads I just pulled off say 906 on them. which is a vortec casting number and the previous owner said they swapped in a 96 vortec 350. So that's what I'm...

Have you modified it to work with older heads? I'm trying to bolt 86 and back heads to it

Like I said, I'm not interested in that option. I want to just modify this one and not be waiting on shipping putting money out and trying to sell this one. Not interested at all

These heads I just pulled off my 1992. heads are full assembled. No cracks or issues with them. I can get you some photos or I'll try and post some up in alittle while. Pm me for a quicker response....

Used for 20 miles 22lb southbay fuel injectors for sale

I put these in the car and only drive it for 23 miles before deciding to tear the top end apart and change some things that now require much bigger fuel injectors. These are practically brand new....

I'm not ordering a part when I can just modify this one... That's pointless. My car had vortec heads so the base plate would be a aftermarket vortec base correct? So is this any different to modify?

I've searched and searched and can't find photos of what I actually have to do to the bolt holes. The car is a 92 and had 906 vortec heads on it. I'm going with older pre 86 heads now.

I know they are truck accessories but are they any different from a 5.3-6.0 or 6.2 truck motor? I was told the alternator needed to be twisted slightly to make it work at all.

I figured that could be possible and they aren't super hard to find. New in box is a little harder but there are still tons of nice examples out there probably..

I was serious, I put it up on here for sale for 225 and no one even asked about it so I said forget it I'll keep it, I sold all my other parts in about 4 days and this was still sitting so I put it...

It's still brand new in the box. Box is from a dealer local to me. It's never been out of the box except for these pictures.
