well I just talked to P/O a bit and says the spedo is off cause the rear end gearing is different. The oil pressure gauge seems to be the sender. The fuel and tach I guess will wait till my LED's get...

82' Heater box.

Heater box (under dash part) and core out of a 1982 berly. No visible damage and the heater core seems to be good as there was still antifreeze in it when it came out.

Probably more than that. Motor alone is going to be about 6k, rear end is 3k. so theres 9 before even getting really going. I figure in paint, body work and body parts in another 1-1.5 k. Plus cage,...

well the more and more I think about it and start to plan it out, a blower is just too much for a thirgen that I'd build. So I think Ill finally settle with 550ish hp 383. Anything over 500 is sweet...

I've driven cars with about 450hp. All in all 400 doesnt scare me. 600 might, but there is only one way to find out. As far as streetable-ness, it'll only be used to show it off. Maybe a weekend ride...

Personally, I'd go ahead and sand the bumpers right down, take out the spider cracks completely. That much of it is more time than anything else.

Personally I had swapped a 350 w 10:1 comp and about 350 hp into a 86 iroc ttop car and never had any issues. No SFC's or anything. Though, a set of SFC's are always a good idea, they are relativity...
