I found the simplest answer to this question by mistake, swapping a plastic slave for an aluminum one. If your system has nothing but air in it, have someone laying under the car with the bleeder...

yeah, so i'm frigging stupid. just checked autozone's website and even the pictures are different. I could have sworn the brackets for an 87 IROC with TPI and a 90 IROC with TPI where the same....

I tried to clean up quite a bit of the rust. After cleaning the loose stuff up, it almost looks like the metal underneath is white...

I primered up the raw metal until i can take care of this...

Today I finally found the time to get the drivers side seat out. One of the bolts was so rounded nothing i had would do the job. I found a set of easy-out type sockets that worked on getting that...
