Change spark plugs, sp wires going to right plug from distributor, check rotor button in hei distributor, gas could be bad with water in it, check fuel pump for debris..

It was saved but I broke the saftey clip that locks the bolt head on to the fork. Do I have to have this clip in order to use the fork?

I've looked for this answer but can't find it. I put a new motor in and installed 93 model t56 in. slid fork into place, buttoned it up. Pushed the clutch and it sounded like the fork jumped over...
